-Having the ability to create a manager(s)/promoter(s): Manager(s)/Promoters could have personalities assigned to them. You should be able to choose your manager name, his nationality, his age and his starting skills.
The manager's age may reflects his experience in the field and his savings: a young manager may start with few boxers and cash, but can have a longer career, while an older one may have more starting boxers and cash but a shorter career.
The manager should have various skills you can assign and they should effect a boxer or boxer(s) career.
Managers/promoters can have skills like talent searching,finding good fights, title positioning,charisma,negotiating, training observation, protection.
-Promotional Companies:Promotion Companies could play a big part in arranging fights, negotiate with them and build good working relationships. There are promotional rivalries and intricate politics which can shape a fighters career path.
-Training: Every boxer should have actual skill and potential skill. Set training regimes and develop fight plans with his trainer(s). Your trainer(s) or you should be able to tailor training regimes to developed your boxer(s) physical gifts and worked on his/their technical flaws through hours of hard work in the gym. The more established amateurs will work more on physical aspects of training.
Boxer Condition: Fitness is really important, if it is too low your boxer can't fight. His value should be after a fight but slowly increase month by month boxer's morale should be important too, but a boxer can have a fight even if his morale is broken (he won't fight so well of course).
Rankings: You may see your boxer(s) ranked differently in different organizations. Your boxer(s) challenging a high ranked opponent depends on your skills, charisma and your boxer's popularity. Your boxer(s) can climb up the rankings, challenge for World Titles, and get inducted into the Hall of Fame under your management or promotional skills.
Fight in a multitude of venues around the World
Scouting: Watch and scout different amateurs,talented athletes or taking a chance on a nobody.
Mandatories: You should get a call for your boxer(s) to fight or defend a title if he has one or challenge a mandatory. There should be 28 days to negotiate the fight on behalf of your boxer(s). You should be able to get your boxer a high purse, a split of the PPV (if applicable), negotiate a lucrative rematch clause in the contract and set out a training camp to ensure your fighter is in the best condition to defeat his opponent come fight night. Hiring sparring partners that mirror your opponent's style/stance will better prepare your boxer for the fight ahead. Giving him better chance at success.

Pre-Fight, post-fight media: In the pre fight press conference when addressing the media certain things may or may not affect your boxer's or his opponent's mental and psychological make up going into a fight. Certain things should/could have a bearing on the psychology of boxers. This should/could have an effect on your boxer depending on their mentality, and every boxer should have a different mentality.
Calling out opponents as a champ or a rising star:You should be able to call out any belt holder or a unification fight if you are a title holder, you should be able to move up divisions if you want to push your boxer to take on the bigger money fights at higher or lower weight divisions or negotiate a catch-weight.
